We use physical activity as a great way to engage people rather than for sport-related outcomes. Our projects work with a range of communities and share common health and social aims in helping people to: • develop self-confidence • learn new skills • reduce isolation and widen social networks • have better physical and mental health health • support greater community understanding and cohesion • live fuller, healthier and happier lives!
