Providing FREE sport and social activities for young people to older people from disadvantaged and marginalised communities in London

We are committed to providing opportunities for people to have better health and wellbeing, including those who may not have undertaken much exercise in the past

We provide a range of activities for the health and social benefit of all the community

In particular those who are disadvantaged and/or from minority communities.

What?

Our aim is to enable people who have little or no opportunity or are disadvantaged in any way to access sport and activity for the health and social benefits that can be achieved.

We provide a range of sports and activities including badminton, basketball, tennis, table tennis, football, wellbeing classes, nutritional advice, and guided walks.

Why?

We know that taking part in regular and supportive exercise results in better physical and mental health; helps establish new friendships, widens social networks and reduces isolation; helps with learning and developing new skills; improves self-confidence and self-esteem. And can – and should be – great fun!

Who?

We provide a range of targeted community programmes, which are subject to available funding. We also provide individual or small-group private coaching, please enquire here for rates.

In recent times our focus has been on supporting older people; the LGBT+ community; young people aged 12-25; foreign students studying in London; those affected by long Covid; and the local Filipino community.
