What?
Our aim is to enable people who are disadvantaged in any way to access sport and activities for the health and social benefits that can be achieved. We provide a range of sports and activities including badminton, basketball, fitness exercises, nutrition advice, tennis, table tennis, and guided walks.

Why?
We know that taking part in sports and social activities can result in better physical and mental health; can help establish new friendships, widen social networks and reduce isolation; can help with learning and developing new skills; and can improve self-confidence and self-esteem. What is more, it can (and should) be great fun!

Who?
We provide a range of targeted community programmes (subject to available funding) as well as individual or small-group private coaching (please enquire for rates). In recent times our focus has been on supporting Older people (including older LGBT+ people); Young people aged 16-25 (especially students); and the local Filipino community. Many of our beneficiaries have been severely affected by Covid - whether through it affecting their health or increasing their isolation – so our current priorities are aimed at helping them have better physical and mental health through sport.
